Notes

Launch/announcement or regional availability reference: 2023-11. Source: https://www.gsmarena.com/zte_nubia_red_magic_9_pro-12709.php. Exact first global retail day not verified. Original Android 14; standard or unspecified. Region: Global; historical2024 policy baseline. Dated manufacturer-wide Global FAQ of2024-03-21: one major Android upgrade and security patches up to two years. Recorded as a historical baseline for the then-existing Global models, not a claim of the latest2026 policy or a maximum possible delivered Android. China-only Plus/7S and later9SPro not assigned this promise automatically. Calculated end is launch-month plus2years, not official model EOL. Newer2025EU FAQ is not retroactively converted into launch+5years. Official Security Update Notices codeNX769J lists 2024-06 to 2026-06. Two-year span is anchored to the table start, not device launch. Manufacturer-published month is retained without inventing a final day. Shared-code/other firmware branches are not independently certified by this matching. Calculated month is a calendar estimate from a cited duration and launch reference, not a manufacturer deadline.
